We had a great time ministering with the Lighthouse Ministries Thrift Store in Brandon this past Saturday. It seemed like they had a great day of business, we handed out a ton of bibles, handed out lots of free hot dogs and kettle corn, and people were worshiping God in the parking lot! I think God was glorified by all that went on there. Our ministry coordinator, Cheri Tew, did an awesome job putting everything together, and the team of students that went were also awesome. Awesomeness all around. Kristin Daniels also became a balloon artist in a few minutes!

I hope you’ll join us on our next outing for ministry.

Also, be on the lookout for a new evangelistic drama – Thanatos, which our church staff has created from scratch. It’s going to be awesome as well. The dates are September 15, 17-19 in the NOW Center (the old Montgomery Wards building). Casting is this Sunday, August 1st after church lets out.
